REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for the FYBA Fall/Winter Basketball Season: Fun, Friendship and Family!
Fresh off a successful run at the USFBA Labor Day Tournament in which the Filipino-American Youth Basketball Association’s 8 youth teams (9u, 11u-2 teams, 13u, 15u, 15u Girls, 17u-2 teams) made into the Final Four, with 3 teams winning divisional championships, registration is now open for the FYBA Fall/Winter basketball Season.
Why chose FYBA over other youth basketball leagues in the DMV?
First of all, our motto is “Everyone Plays, Everyone Wins.” We welcome players of all skill levels from ages 4 to 17 years old, even children who have never played basketball.
Second, our coaches focus on developing the fundamental basketball skills of our players, especially the young ones ages 4-6 years old.
Third, we offer opportunities for dedicated & exceptional youth basketball players to build their skills and confidence in a pressure free environment so that they can excel on their middle school, travel and high school teams. We have a proven track record of grooming players for high school varsity and college basketball.
Finally, our Sunday House League games provide a fun, friendly and family-oriented environment for the Filipino-American community of the DMV. We have an Opening Ceremony/Parade of Teams, Halloween Party and Holiday Party, as well as other special events throughout the Fall.
Our Fall/Winter League is played every Sunday at West Potomac High School in Alexandria, which is centrally located just off of I-95 providing easy access from Southern Maryland, Washington and Northern Virginia.

FYBA is looking for aspiring volunteer coaches for the Fall/Winter League.
Volunteer coaches gets 50% discount on registration fee.
We will have gym space available during the season for team practices/open gym.
FYBA will be holding free training sessions EVERY Friday for beginners and advance during the season at Jackson Middle School to continue our commitment of developing talent and character of our youth. The basketball clinic is Open to all Fall/Winter registrants.
